We prefer to not take phone applications. Even though you may get your application in first does not guarantee you will chosen to adopt — we aim to ensure our animals are adopted to the most suitable home for them and the new family. A full application is a must.

All our animals are vet checked, temperament tested, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated, micro chipped and de-sexed. With all our animals we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We can't guarantee this!

If you are chosen to adopt one of our animals, below are copies of contracts that will be provided to you and that you will be required to sign, please read through these thoroughly. You will also be required to sign a contract of adoption with SMART and complete a change of ownership form to transfer the animal's microchip into your name.

Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 3 hours from Canberra.
